Bachelors degree or any equivalent qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing will be a plus point.
Experience Required:
2 years+
Key Skills:
- She/He must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
- Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Due to the frequent interaction required within Division, the client or the principals, he/she must possess good communication and customer service skills.
- She/He must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
Roles and Responsibilities Required:
- Primarily assists the Sales team or Division, as one of the critical members in the order processing system and focusing on managing schedules and the distribution of related sales documentation.
- Proforma Invoices & Purchase Orders, follow up with clients.
- Be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephonic queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the efficient & fast service.
- To work closely with the Sales team to minimize response time to customers.
- To produce reports on progress within the department.
